Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1
Day 1: Dehradun to Sankri
Distance: Approx. 190–200 km Drive Time: 8–10 Hours Altitude: Approx. 1,920 m Start your journey early morning from Dehradun. The drive takes you through beautiful mountain roads, forests and the scenic Tons River valley. On the way, pass through Mussoorie, Naugaon, Purola and Mori before reaching Sankri, the base village for the trek. After reaching Sankri, check in to your accommodation, relax and meet your trek team. Your guide will give you a briefing about the trek and the next day's plan. Meals: Dinner Stay: Hotel / Guesthouse in Sankri

Day 2
Day 2: Sankri to Taluka to Seema/Osla
Drive: Sankri → Taluka, approx. 12 km Trek: Approx. 12–13 km Trek Time: 6–7 Hours After breakfast, drive from Sankri to Taluka, the actual starting point of the trek. From Taluka, begin walking along the Supin River. The trail passes through beautiful forests, small streams, waterfalls and traditional Himalayan settlements. You will reach Seema, a small settlement located opposite the famous Osla Village. If time and energy permit, you can explore Osla and see its traditional wooden houses and local Himalayan culture. Meals: Breakfast, Packed Lunch & Dinner Stay: Homestay / Camp in Seema or Osla

Day 3
Day 3: Seema/Osla to Har Ki Dun
Trek Distance: Approx. 11–12 km Trek Time: 5–7 Hours Maximum Altitude: Approx. 3,556 m After breakfast, begin your trek towards the main attraction of the journey — Har Ki Dun Valley. The trail continues along the Supin River and gradually climbs through forests and open meadows. As you move higher, the landscape becomes more dramatic, with views of snow-covered mountains and wide Himalayan valleys. By afternoon, arrive at Har Ki Dun, a beautiful valley surrounded by high mountains. Settle into your camp and spend the evening enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Day 4
Day 4: Har Ki Dun Valley Exploration
Exploration & Rest Day Today is dedicated to exploring the beautiful Har Ki Dun Valley. After breakfast, take a short hike around the valley and enjoy spectacular views of Swargarohini, Hata Peak, Black Peak/Kalanag and surrounding mountains. You can explore nearby meadows, streams and old shepherd shelters while enjoying the peaceful Himalayan environment. This is also a perfect day for photography and relaxing in nature. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Stay: Camp at Har Ki Dun

Day 5
Day 5: Har Ki Dun to Seema/Osla
Trek Distance: Approx. 11–12 km Trek Time: 5–6 Hours After breakfast, start your descent from Har Ki Dun. Follow the same beautiful trail along the Supin River. The downhill walk is easier, allowing you to enjoy the forests, villages and mountain scenery at a relaxed pace. Reach Seema/Osla by afternoon and relax at the campsite or homestay. Meals: Breakfast, Packed Lunch & Dinner Stay: Homestay / Camp in Seema or Osla

Day 6
Day 6: Seema/Osla to Taluka to Sankri
Trek Distance: Approx. 12–13 km Drive: Taluka → Sankri, approx. 12 km After breakfast, begin your final trek towards Taluka. The trail follows the Supin River and gradually descends through the forest. After reaching Taluka, board the vehicle and drive back to Sankri. Reach Sankri by evening and relax at your hotel. Enjoy your final dinner with the trek team. Meals: Breakfast, Packed Lunch & Dinner Stay: Hotel / Guesthouse in Sankri

Day 7: Sankri to Dehradun
Drive Distance: Approx. 190–200 km Drive Time: 8–10 Hours After breakfast, start your journey back to Dehradun. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Tons Valley, Mori, Purola and Mussoorie. Reach Dehradun by evening. Your 7 Days / 6 Nights Har Ki Dun Trek comes to an end with beautiful memories of the Himalayas. Meals: Breakfast
