Refunds are processed only in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and the terms of your booking. The refundable amount depends on the cancellation date, applicable charges, and any non-refundable expenses already incurred.
If a participant cancels a confirmed booking, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable cancellation charges as mentioned in our Cancellation Policy.
If Rahi Trek & Travels cancels a trek due to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, road closures, or any other unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose one of the following options:
Transfer the booking to another available departure date.
Receive a trek credit for future bookings (valid as per company policy).
Receive a refund after deducting any non-refundable third-party expenses already paid for permits, accommodation, transportation, or other confirmed services.
The following charges are generally non-refundable:
Registration or booking fees (if applicable)
Government permits and forest entry fees
Accommodation and transportation already booked
Third-party service charges
GST and payment gateway charges (where applicable)
If a participant fails to report at the designated pickup point or trek starting location without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be issued.
No refund will be provided for any unused services, including accommodation, meals, transportation, trekking days, or other inclusions, if a participant leaves the trek early for personal reasons, illness, injury, or any other circumstance.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after confirmation. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
No refund or compensation shall be payable for delays, itinerary changes, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Rahi Trek & Travels, including but not limited to natural disasters, heavy snowfall, landslides, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
To request a refund, participants should contact our support team through the official email address or phone number provided on the website. Please include your booking reference, trek name, travel date, and the reason for your request. Our team will review the request and respond as soon as possible.
Rahi Trek & Travels reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website will apply to all future bookings.
