Welcome to Rahi Trek & Travels. These Payment Terms explain the payment process for booking our trekking and travel packages. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms.
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received by Rahi Trek & Travels. Confirmation will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
To reserve your seat, an advance payment is required at the time of booking. The advance amount may vary depending on the trek or tour package.
The remaining balance must be paid before the trek departure or on the date communicated by our team. Participants who fail to complete the payment within the specified time may have their booking cancelled without prior notice.

Bank Transfer
Digital Wallets (where available)
All package prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will remain applicable to your reservation.
Applicable GST and other government taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws. Payment gateway or bank transaction charges, if any, may be borne by the participant unless otherwise specified.
All online transactions are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways. Rahi Trek & Travels does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or internet banking credentials.
If your payment fails or remains pending but the amount is deducted from your account, please contact your bank or payment service provider first. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your payment reference number for assistance.
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Participants are advised to read these policies carefully before making any payment.
Any request to transfer a booking to another participant or another departure date is subject to approval, availability, and applicable charges.
Rahi Trek & Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking if the required payment is not received within the specified timeline. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed according to our Cancellation and Refund Policies.
