If you wish to cancel your trek or tour booking, you must inform Rahi Trek & Travels through email or WhatsApp. The cancellation request will be considered valid only after it has been acknowledged by our team.
The following cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days before the scheduled departure date:

If a participant fails to report at the designated pickup point or trek starting location on the departure date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No Show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Rahi Trek & Travels reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trek due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather conditions
Landslides or road closures
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Safety concerns
Insufficient participants for a fixed departure
In such cases, participants may choose to:
Transfer the booking to the next available departure (subject to availability), or
Receive a trek credit valid for future bookings, or
Receive a refund after deducting any non-refundable expenses already paid for permits, accommodation, transportation, or other third-party services.
A request to change the trek date must be made at least 15 days before the departure date and is subject to availability. Rescheduling charges may apply.
The following charges are generally non-refundable:
Registration or booking amount (if applicable)
Forest entry fees
Government permits
Transportation booked in advance
Accommodation booked in advance
Third-party service charges
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after confirmation of the cancellation. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Rahi Trek & Travels shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, heavy snowfall, landslides, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
