September – November (Autumn)
One of the best seasons for trekking, with clear mountain views, pleasant temperatures and dry trails. The weather remains stable and the Himalayan scenery is at its best.
July – August (Monsoon)
Rainfall can make the trails slippery and increase the chances of landslides. Trekking is possible only with proper preparation, but this season is generally less recommended.
December – February (Winter)
Cold weather with chances of snowfall at higher altitudes. Snow-covered trails create beautiful winter scenery, but proper warm clothing and winter trekking gear are essential.
Recommended Fitness Level
This trek requires a moderate level of fitness. You should be comfortable walking for 5–7 hours a day on uneven and uphill terrain. Previous trekking experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Take enough rest during the trek and maintain a comfortable pace. Stay hydrated and allow your body time to adjust to higher altitudes. Avoid rushing, especially on steep sections.
Altitude & Acclimatisation
Trek at a steady and comfortable pace and take regular breaks. Stay well hydrated and allow your body to adjust gradually to higher altitudes. If you experience severe headache, dizziness, vomiting, unusual breathlessness or extreme weakness, inform the trek leader immediately.
Trek Leader & First Aid
A trained trek leader will guide the group throughout the trek. A basic first-aid kit and essential medical supplies should be available with the trek team for common trekking-related injuries and emergencies.

In case of an emergency, inform the trek leader immediately and follow the team's instructions. Depending on the situation, the group may return to the nearest safe point or seek assistance from local emergency services.
Personal Safety
Always stay with the group and follow the marked trail and trek leader's instructions. Avoid walking alone, especially in remote sections, bad weather or after dark. Carry your personal medicines and a valid ID.
